Hi guys,
I own a honda civic fd and currently have stock springs on. I want to buy an aftermarket one with a 1.6inch drop. Will i need to modify anything else to it? (ie - guard work etc) Tyres are 215/45/R17 Thanks!

If your rocking on stockies then you shouldn't need any guard work or anything.

cool - but we dont know what sort of wheels you have - are they stretched on a 10in rim? with negative offset??

almost any size wheel will fit unless massively wide so that it scrapes the wheel well when turning.
