Heads up for future meets and South East people

Hey guys read this article in the newspaper today and apparently thanks to those hoons, police are now cracking down on meets and stuff now, so if one person f***ks up in the meets by doing revs and burnouts (like at Josh's workshop) we'll ALL be penalised, our cars will prob be impounded and fines will be handed out. So keep a look out guys and correct me if i misread it here.
