I think EG fronts can be used if you change the fork. Otherwise I can supply H.Drive Racing coilovers to suit EF7 starting from $1050

Rears are the same, fronts you will need to change to the forks.
Please put into consideration EG/DC2 (gsi/vtir) and DC2R rears are different as the EG/DC2 are fork type and DC2R are eye type. If you were to get the DC2R coilovers you will need to replace the LCAs to DC2R ones (not sure if straight swap on EFs).

EG EF DC (non type R) all have same LCA.
so you can fit type R style rear LCA

I went from EF/ED CRX suspension to DC2R.
This is my old setup

Small rear eyelet CRX LCA

And to do the DC2 Suspension upgraded i ended up doing the following.
- Upgraded EG/DC2R Front forks
- Function 7 Eyelet lower control arms.
This is not my car(image below) but CRX used as reference.

Fork or eyelet shouldn't vary greatly. as long as ur able to upgrade n it all working.
If your eyelet u can change to fork and visa versa with the right aftermarket LCA's.
The front forks need to be upgraded as the coilover body is alot bigger than the CRX.
