Mine hasnt been working since i changed the unit for one that didnt have broken knobs.
i swapped it at the same time as i did my dash board.

from that picture is the lil grey plug that is unplugged is that the one for the cigarette lighter?


because im sure i plugged them all in being that its just the big one and the cigarette lighter power one.
so im at a loss why i cant control the direction of the air. i press buttons and nothing happens not even servos moving

I should know since I swapped mine a month ago but I can't remember. I still have the the spare if you want it though it has a broken slider. Could be a fuse?

I still have my old with a broken slider too. That's a good thought actually I'll check fuses. But which would it be?

Found the problem one of the plugs wasn't in that grey one is not for the cigarette lighter as I thought. It is for the motor that controls the vents
