DIY (CU2) - How to get to the Premium Audio System amplifier in an Accord Tourer

First pop off the 4 Clips that hold the trunk lining. Remove it (just pull it out), then remove the panel that covers the amp. The panel is removed by pressing it forward to release it from the hooks that holds it:
