SRS fault question

Hi all,

I have the SRS light constantly on in my EK Civic.
All signs point to the clock spring being faulty.

When the SRS system is not working, does it mean the horn doesnt work as well, or is it only if the clock spring is faulty then the horn stops working as well?

Fault code that appears is 1-1 (one long and one short).

The horn is connected via the clock spring, so if your horn is not working then there's a problem with your clock spring
