legit dc5r? engine codes!!?

hey guys, was looking at purchasing a car and done a quick engine check on this vehicle http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Honda-Integra-2002/SSE-AD-2163737/?Cr=11 but it seems that:
1) it has no wing (he purchased it without the wing from dealership)
2) the engine is a k20az1?
the guy has told me that it is a legit type r that he had bought from dealership but my concerns are mainly with the engine. how would i know if it's a "legit" one or not! HELLPP!

K20A2 = type r
K20A3 = base model / special edition
K20Z1 = type s

then whats a K20AZ1 o.O

generally vicroads make errors

such as the
5 = S
2 = Z

in this case I believe it's k20A21

also the spoiler doesn't look like the type r one
*hint* could have previous repair to rear end
and notice the front has the plastic cover on number plates
and rear doesn't

doesn't hurt to go physically look at the car and look at the engine while you're there.
