Hi all,

i have an s2, but just bought a 93 civic sedan manual as a daily.

I've run into my first issue.

for some reason out of nowhere, my car will not start.

i am sure i can not hear the fuel pump priming. everything else works fine on the car, engine turns over just wont start, i didn't even get a 'car tried to start and stalled'. So im sure its fuel supply issues.

Now is there any known issues with this car and some quick fixes or what could be causing the fuel pump all of a sudden not to run? checked the Fuse box, couldn't find anything that would have been the fuel pump.

Pull the fuel line from the filter off and check for fuel. Then check fuel pump for power. If power at pump but not priming, i would lean towards pump but i would check main relay and icm as well just to make sure

Get a mate to smack the fuel tank while you crank ;)

Under the driver side dash to the right of the fuse box there is a little relay that usualy tends to go bad after a while u can either resoldier it or get a new one
