EK1 immobilizer and aftermarket ECU

Just wondering if anyone knew what I would have to do to run a Haltech Sprint 500 or PS1000 in a EK1 fitted with an immobilizer?

Is it as easy as just plug and play or do I have to do something to the ignition switch side?
