HELP: FCC ID on a 2003 Honda Jazz Vti-S

Hi guys

I only have one set of keys + remote for my Honda Jazz

Looking to buy one of those aftermarket key+remote in one from eBay but need to get the FCC ID on the back of the remote

Unfortunately, the sticker on the back of my remote with those details is completely stripped so I cant find the FCC ID

Does anyone have the same car (with remote with simple lock and unlock button) and can tell me the details of the FCC ID at the back of the remote?

Pretty sure the FCC ID is different for every car... Stop every jazz from unlocking in a car park when you blip your remote.

Just assuming though.



03 GD3? May be able to help... Though I'm pretty sure mines a bit dead as well.

Thanks ZEDDY, but I think the FCC ID is not the unique locking code for the car.

Its just the transmitter and receiver version number. The programming links it with the specific car when you program the remote. For models within the same year range, the FCC IDs are the same. This is why you see one remotes on eBay being sold with the one FCC ID . E.g. 2003-2007 CRV FCC IDs are the same.

Yeap its a 2003 GD Jazz - Vti-S to be exact but I think all variants in that year should be the same FCC ID anyways

Ahh, was just taking a guess...

I'll PM you what I can make out of mine.... Same car, 03 VTI-S, so it should be alright.
