em1 exterior seal replacement

Does anybody know how to remove the rear windscreen seal and the rear quarter panel seal? Mine needs replacement. Tried looking everywhere and no diy is it just pull with pliers?

Me too Im interested in this, as my panel beater recked mine with bog and over spray.

I was thinking about plastic dipping them OP. Mask around em and hit it with a few coats of plastic dip? I might do this next week. Keep u posted.
