i was wondering if anyone knew how to mod an ECU or take out the restrictions in them and if it affects emissions.?

the accord ECU isnt supported in the aftermarket, so there isnt anything decent available for it. Choices are going with a civic/integra ECU and modifying it, something like hondata/proecu or a piggyback. And yes, it does affect emissions however on an NA car thats fairly stock emissions wont change a great deal.
