need help idenifying screws size

so i went to auto barn, asking them if they sell any of those screws, they do sell it but unsure of size

all i have is this information

Spring Clips - {Part # 90305-SM4-00}

Black Trim Screws - {Part # 45861}

Speed Nuts - {Part # 45406}

Body Bolts - {Part # 45595}

Well theyd all be standard metric sizes and probably m6 size thread. Just try ringing honda and asking the service section.

Ps a few of those pics have the thread sizes written on the boxes
