Headers & Tuning

My friend is getting toda headers for his dc2 and was wondering if it needs tuning to get full power of headers, or is it just bolt on and MORE POWER?

of course you need to tune it to get the most out of it.

Get I/H/E, HFC if he doesn't already have them then get a tune for better results

no point tuning any ecu with just a header

Even with I/H/E I wouldn't bother tuning. Just reset your current ECU. Forking out for a proper ECU + tuning will set you back $1,000+

Install, take out battery for 1 hour and re plug.

S300 with ECU already installed - $1000 at JDMYard

Tooner - $800 buck ish depending where u go and what you get done.
