Stereo/cluster on and off

While driving, the stereo/music would cut off for around 2 seconds and turn back on. Same situation with the cluster, both at the same time. Any idea what's causing this?
One time, it stalled my car as well. or I stalled it (doubt it).

this also showed up after it turned off. Hand brake light is on, yet I was driving. (photo taken when I stopped the car)
