illegal fender and wheel height clearance?

whats the legal height between the wheel and fenders?

got second hand gab coilovers, but the wheels and fenders are like 0.5mm apart. Just asking if its illegal? Oh and im in QLD.

This is for South Australia but i reckon it should be pretty well the same for most states, just depends on how vigorously they police it.

Don't know what car you drive but assuming its a civic- they start on page 69.
