I'm not convinced its the lowest point when installed on the car coz I think the resonator is still the lowest point... anyone care to enlighten me and tell me otherwise? :)

Yes it will be the lowest part of the car. A friend was defected for height when that wheel hit his BBar

When they measure your ride height, they use a wheel mined to a stick and roll it under your car. This wheel is 10cm in diameter, so if it hits anything under your car then they can defect you. This is the 'wheel' mrjoey is referring to.

Is your resonator/exhaust stock? It shouldn't be hanging so low.

Yeah stock resonator and piping atm... here they usually go by eyebrow height which afaik is 350mm legal and I'm quite lower than that
