Just wondering what the differences are between the transmissions, whether it would be ratios/lsd/fd/etc.
Thanks

lol man if you're posting shit like this, there's something wrong with you. I did look around but didn't come across anything that directly answers my question, comparing both the transmission piece by piece. If you took the time to copy and paste a video like that, you have more than enough time to link useful information if "google + ozhonda yield results almost instantly"

Nah, I help when the person show they can help them self which you haven't...
If you had enough time to post this thread then wait for me to respond 30 min later, you could check up google yourself ;)
Since I'm nice, I'll start you off here (https://www.google.com.au/#q=Honda+B+Series+Spec&safe=off).

Like I said, I have already looked on a number on sites looking for the difference between transmission components. Linking a google search is as useless as your previous post. If you have nothing to say/post, which deems itself useless in my situation, get off the thread.

Did you try any of the links in that search? I thought some of them were helpful. Don't be so hasty to criticise aye?
You also haven't specified which JDM gearbox we are comparing to here. The early JDM S80 J4D spec transmissions (96-97) are completely different. 4.4FD and different ratios.
From looking at the first link in Dreadangels's search we can see that the JDM S80 N3E (98-01) gearbox has the same specs as ours.
Although I think the later model JDM DC2R's had thicker (36mm?) axles, not sure if they are a different sized transmission spline to ours, or if it just has a different hub spline size. Might have to search that.
