Can anyone confirm the Power to Weight Ratio for EP3r

Hi All,

Since i cannot decide which Honda is going to be my next car as nearly all of them look really nice to me. I have looked to maths to make the decision for me.

All these info is from redbook:

DC5S: 125.2
DC5R: 126.7
S2K: 139.8 (Clearly the winner but finding one for 20k good luck to me)
FN2R: 110.0

EP3R: 111.2 ..... Can someone confirm for me? This feels alot stronger then 111.2 i have test driven a few. Also only being 161kg heavier is my calculations alrite?

JDM EP3R = 1321kg and 158kw
Thats a power to weight ratio of 0.072
How are you getting the numbers above ?

In the real world - the S2k , EP3R and DC5R are all quite similar in performance both straight line and cornering.

The FN2R and DC5S are abit behind.

I thought the JDM EP3 is 158kw and 1210kg with AC, 1190kg without AC. Giving it 130.6kw/ton

May be wrong as i've seen a few weight figures for the ep3 floating around

Oh True! I was looking at k20a2 power figures. ITs 158KW! Looks like we have a winner.

OH and Charliebrown's post shouldve given away the numbers. its Kw/Ton

Also 1321kg on EP3r according to wiki.
