It's definitely your end , OP

consider refreshing your DNS cache , restart router or device etc. when in doubt a reboot often works

Happened to me for the last two weeks. also with optus if that has anything to do with it. Google told me it was an issue when you are logged on through multiple sources your isp gets banned or something like that.

Fixed it just then. I tried to change my MAC address ****ed up everything. Panicked and then just re installed the router. Now everything is good again.

This problem is nothing to do with banning , or an issue with ozhonda. It's the user side issue.

I believe we don't ban actual IPs from use , it's the username that gets banned.

So , if you are sharing a mates computer that is static IP'd who is banned , you can still log on.
We might send you a PM to explain why you have the same IP as "x" user that is banned tho !
