Converting to Sydney time
Friday 1 April
18.00-19.00 Friday Practice 1
21.00-22.00 Friday Practice 2

Saturday 2 April
16.00-16.45 Saturday Practice 1
17.15-18.00 Saturday Practice 2
20.00 Saturday Qualifying

Sunday 3 April
17.30 Sunday Qualifying
21.30 Race



Can someone else go to www.f1.com (http://www.f1.com/) and check the local time settings, just to be sure.

We need to figure out when I lock the thread for the tips, if the above time is correct i'm guessing i'll locked it Saturday night.

So the Thread should close @ 18:30 *6:30* pm "GMT+10-Time" on Sunday

I reckon it should be locked just before the warm up lap. That would give us a chance to digest the 2nd qualifying session's results before making out incredibly precise and well calculated... guesses. :p

Race starts at 21:30 tonight (sunday)

Qualifying will take roughly 1 hour 10 minutes which goes past 18:30 deadline, so i'll extend the deadline to 20:00 which should give people a lot more time to think about it or change there tips.

Should be a great race, according to RPM today, 54 degrees yesterday with sand flying into the engine (cars now running very fine air filters) <--- Thank Neil Crompton for that lol

Rubens will start and finish in 10 laps or so

I am HUGGGGEEEE fan of heidfeld. i think webber is HIGHLY overrated by Australian Media. They make him out to be the next senna or somthing like that. He is a good driver and all but he still has not proven anything yet so i don't think aussies should start praising him straight away

Nahhh.... Webber is a fantastic driver. He's proven that time and time again. He now only has to prove that he can win when the opportunity presents itself. Heidfeld has progressed very well and he's got some good consistency going now. Just a matter of time before they start getting regular podiums.

At the moment the Renaults are hot. If qualifying is anything to go by, this is going to be a ripper of a race.
