Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows the major difference in these gauges.
the advance has to be hooked up to a control unit to run the gauges. fair enough.
but the racer gauges are stand alone gauges.
just wondering what is better and what do people prefer (based on knowledge)
cheers

Wrong section...
But anyway... Check the specs for yourself :)
BF ---> http://www.defi-shop.com/products/advance_bf/summary_adbf/
Racer ---> http://www.defi-shop.com/products/rg/summary_rg/
As far as I can see, Advance BF can do data logging, built-in indicators [Warning lights/alarm].
I've not used the Racer series before but I have used the BF series and the Advance ZD. The indicators are actually quite useful especially if you intend to push your car to the limit. It should also be a cleaner wiring job as you not need to daisy chain it to your control unit then to your various sensors through the firewall. The racer series I'm not sure you can daisy chain it which means more of a wiring mess.

im really after 52mm gauges.... shits me.
i like the BF series better as they are black when car is off. thats the best.

Racer does that too ;)
52mm production cycle very short in the past. After changing to the Advance series, the 52mm seem to not exist?
