Maybe you can try cut into your third brake light wire and connect it there. Im not too sure.

it is a rear foglight so
you have to tap the rear foglight or make a rear foglight circuit

Go to an auto electrician and they'll do it for you. Got mine done @ Mt Prichard for 80 bucks

This is the wiring diagram you need.
I quickly drew it up in GIMP.
I do not know the wire color for the rear foglight so i just picked brown.

Note to others: it is not a brake or taillightas it is too low.
Look at cars like the BR-Z/GT-86.
They even mention it is a fog

Since i do not own an civic sedan i do not know if it has a rear foglight but if it doesn't it is not that hard to wire up.

If you know nothing about electrics or do not feel confident in doing it yourself get it done by a sparkie, but if you think you can do it, you can safe some money while at it.

Just make sure you tap the correct wire.
The rear fog(if fitted) will be on the driver side.
Just use a fork spade connector to crimp the ground wire from the LED and use a chassis bolt as a ground point by loosening a bolt insert the U part into the bolt and tighten bolt to sercure) make sure you use a bolt that is for holding panels down or some other grounding bolt.
