Been thinking about buying a digital camber/caster/ toe gauge and doing it myself, would save quite a fair bit in the long run i think!

Im think something like this

http://www.advantagewheelalignment.c...ber_gauge.html

or

http://www.ebay.com/bhp/digital-camber-gauge

i especially like this one, can easily do toe with it

So does anyone do theres at home? if so what gauge do you use- do u prefer the digital gauge over the level gauge? from what i've read the digital ones seem to be more accurate, or so they claim..

Keen to hear what use have to say!

i have a string setup at home with clamps like that on each wheel for toe, camber need camber gauge but its a pain to jack car up, adjust and put it back to and drive etc but at least you know its done right when you do it yourself as camber gauges are accurate, diy is the way.

Yea i've seen the string technique, seems easy enough. but If you're going that far might as well buy a camber gauge and do the whole lot yourself. save a few bucks in the process and like you say, its done exactly how you want it!

Thanks for input.

Btw man, do you mind sharing your alignment settings if you know them off the top of your head?

Yea camber gauge and string is the way to go.

I run -3 camber up front -2 rear with 1-2mm toe out front. 0 toe rear.
