can the front camber be adjusted on a stock 99 ek civic? if so what is the most negative camber it adjusts to? Someone told me they can be adjusted and someone said they can't.

All stock upper control arms cant be adjusted.

You will have to buy aftermarket uppercontrol arms like hardrace/buddyclub (aka camber arms) to be able to adjust the arm length. Resulting in the change of camber.

If your exhaust is at 100mm from the ground. The fronts are usually around negative 1.5-2 degrees due to the natural camber from lowering your car on a double wishbone suspension. Which is found on ur ek.

yes, or if you have adjustable coilovers you can raise/lower them to adjust it but fuk that lmao

As pho said, just get some camber arms, and go to town.

I don't know now, just got new wheels and are hitting the guards when going over bumps and when the car leans.
