Can GE Front bumper facelift and pre-facelift interchangable?

Hi all,

Just wondering if the 2012 GE front bumper can be directly fitted in place of a 2008-2011 pre-facelift Jazz?

Is it a straight swap or does anything else around the body need to be replaced? e.g. headlights, bonnet, fenders, etc?
