Does the TYPE S Head Lights Fit the Type R?

As the tittle.

I already do need to replace the bonnet, bumper and both head lights. ****ing stones.

I already decided on a Carbon Fiber bonnet.

Now honda wants $980 for the bumper (WATA ROT)

I srsly considering C West or Mugen atm.

Now will the Type S head lights fit my Dc5r?

If you want the Type S headlight to fit the Type R you will need a Type S front bumper and Type S headlight bracket. You may also need to re-drill some holes to mount the bracket but i could be wrong thats as much as I know.

you can pick up a second hand front bumper $200-$400 need to shop around average price is $300.
headlights depends on condition (most cloudy and faded) $150-$400.

No need to drill holes, it's a straight swap :)

To fit type s front bar and lights you need:

- type s front bar
- type s front headlights with bracket
- type s grill

I just recently did the facelift and my crash repairer fitted the type r headlight brackets onto type s headlights.
