So I might buy some GC sleeves to make the car even lower.
When I gave ground control a description of my driving (daily driver, comfort preferred) they responded with this.

8/475 8/300

I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to custom rates but is this good for comfort/daily driving on the street only? I will be lowering so that I have a 1-1.5 gap in all four corners

In regards to my Koni shocks he recommended the damper settings to be more stiff than soft as well, would this make it a harsh ride?

Thanks

Those spring rates seem good for what you are after. 8 means 8 inch or 20cm spring length and 475 / 300 are the spring rate in US units (lbs/in) which is roughly 8.5 K front , 5K rear. I wouldnt want to go any higher spring rate though for daily.
