Hi everyone
So I have a 1995 make, '96 Model honda civic GLI (manual)
The problem is when its idling. The engine RPM shoots up to around 2000, then drops back down to under 1500, then up again to 2000 and then down again - rinse and repeat. Then after a while it will sit happy on about 1500 rpm and then will repeat. It doesnt seem to matter if the engine warm or cold.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing the problem?
