Just recently got a 2007 lux euro and was wondering what are some good mods to get more power out of it. I've recently put in a K&N typhoon CAI which sounds beast but I want some power to match. So what is the best bang for my $$$$

Thanks in advance

Header would be good. But none of the solutions scream POWER except for maybe a turbo or modding your CL9 with the body of an EG or EK or DC.

I have the basics. I/H/E and lightweight stock size pulleys. I can honestly say they look and sound great, but any gains are so minimal I can barely notice. Its almost as if I wish there were gains.

The headers and cat were the best mod. Around 6000RPM engine "wakes up" and car shoots forward with a bit more pull.

But unless you go forced induction + tune then nothing worth talking about really. And definitely not bang for buck either. Have to be a real enthusiast in my opinion.

Header and exhaust is always a good thing to do
We got CT engineering header and PLM header in stock

Thanks guys I'll have a look and try to get header & exhaust
Any recommendations on catbacks nothing loud since I like having it like a sleeper cause the k&n cai is so damn loud already

Don't bother with a cat back exhaust.Too much outlay for minimum gain. The stock cat back is reasonably free flowing.

I kept mine as stock. I have:
SRI with cold air fed airbox
Lightweight flywheel
LSD
Cheapo header

I'm happy with the engine sound at heavy throttle. :)

Id list those mods in this priority from the bang for the buck POV

1. Reflash ( especially with good header )
2. Intake upgrade and heatshielding ( tb coolant bypass, thermal gaskets , injectors base coolant port cut ) work very noticeable when it more than +25 outside
3. Header ( not work well without reflash )
4. Good lightweight wheels (enkei pf01 , kosei k1, weds, bbs and so on ) to save 2-3 kg per each ( compared to stock)
5. Decat or HFC ( i hate farting of decat car )
6. crank pulley
7. intake mods.

Hope i hasnt missed anything here..
