Checking some things CL9 owners help!

Friend recently bought a Euro CL9 05 model.
Has the 10 spoke style rims. look like a star fish kinda.

Trying to found out if some of the things in her car are normal.

1)
The Rear boot feels naked, as in you can see the metal framing and etc of the rear parcel shelf from underneath. is this normal?

2)
How do you remove the 3rd brake light on the parcel shelf a moth has died in it.
so far they are the only things i have noticed to be of issue.

yes i realised after posting and ask for it to be moved.
but rather than double post can anyone provide me with some info?

I think the rear boot is suppose to be like that
I mean if there is a cover there
then how do you pull the yellow straps to push the rear seat forward

and there should be some bolts under the parel shelf holding the 3rd brake light in
If you could, im sure there is a light that goes in there - unplug light and shove a vaccum hose in?

ill look fo screws, and the moth is between the outer lens and the rear glass
