Newbiee to Ozhonda!
Thought I would post up my little ED Civic Hatch as she progresses..

This is the first day I got her, she was my stepmums old car and got next to no love at all. So this was after a wash (for the first time in 6 months), got new seatcovers and some other girly stuff. The drivers side window had to be retinted as well as people seem to be disrepectful with others cars..

When I got it all but one dash light had blown, so I ordered some pink LED bulbs off ebay (clearly I love pink..) and put them in along with a 12" sub and amp.

I then spent 4 hours carefully removing the crapola decals from the side of the car after realizing how lame they really looked..

I then went away for work for the weekend, and left a can of pink plastidip in the garage, so my partner and his friends thought for giggles when I got home that I would have pink caps on my mags and my dash cluster plastic. -.-

This week has consisted of a new head unit (installed all by me) and some stickers my partner brought as a joke lol.

She hasn't had much body work or what not, with a 4yo and birthdays this late in the year we haven't had much of a chance. I'm hoping next year to get it resprayed, try and find a new heart (has a slight leak at present) but I would really like a VTEC or to turbo her once I'm on my opens. I also wouldn't mind some new front seats, possibly bucket seats and a few other minor interior details. My goal is to do 99% of everything on my own, so fingers crossed..

So stay tuned :)

Welcome to Ozhomo.

ED's are something that the Honda community hold deep in their pockets these days as they are heading towards 'old school' status.

If you like reading hit the internet hard and you'll have all of your DIY needs and build threads to stalk and inspire from.

Enjoy the Honda, we look forward to moar work!

Keen to see what you do with this one as I picked up my own ED yesterday.

Thankyou :)
I've always loved them! So to get one for dirt cheap was awesome.
I've had a stalk through different ideas! Super excited to start proper body and engine work

I have some ideas up my sleeve ;)
Good luck with yours, hope you love it!

So the fiance and I went away for the weekend, left my car at home under her tarp carport in case we had any storms. Went out to take our little man swimming thismorning and found these marks down my bonnet, and a smashed indicator after I just replaced it! Turns out a friend came over cause she thought it would storm and put a blanket over my windscreen and held it down with bricks :(

Sad panda right now..

Some of those minor ones should buff out with a stiff polish mate!

Otherwise your friend is up for a respray!

gonna try buff them out this weekend, but it has caused some dents and scratched my glass.. it needs a respray anyway, but still means more bog work..
