The dealer believes it is something to do with the alarm system but definitely looks after market. It is not a tweeter as i can not hear anything come out of it. As far as i know, the car has factory alarm as we use the OEM key to lock/unlock remotely.
2006 Accord Euro base model. No bluetooth, no phone system. They are on both sides of the car.

That was my thought. So possibly the car as an OEM upgrade alarm system?

Possibly - I wouldn't know at all. All I do know is that my mates WRX has those things on the driver and passenger side and they are movement sensors.

And all these 'microwave sensors do is detect movement inside the car if the alarm is on? Any idea on the best way to test it?

put ear muffs on. arm the alarm and then move about the cabin by waving your hands.

30 seconds from the time the door lock if im not wrong, and needs to be armed with remote not just activating the actuator from inside.

are you sure it's not a microphone from a BT system that's been removed? other alternative is to trace the wire.
its an alarm sensor either for movement orsound sensor.. had those long time ago..
