halfshaft bearing b16a

Hi All

My halfshaft seems to have too much play.

I have done some research and cannot find much on a new bearing for the halfshaft in my b16A, does anyone know if you can purchase just the bearing or do you need to buy the complete halfshaft? There seems to be a few companies selling similar ones to the below, has anyone had any experience with these?

Must some racers out there with new haflshafts/bearings?

Yes you can buy the bearing separately... not sure where you have looked.

Either call honda, and pay too much for it. Or press it out and call a bearing shop like statewide bearings: http://www.statewidebearings.com.au/ to see if they stock them (in some instances it will be a standard size bearing)

Depending on which era the half shaft came from (hydro or cable trans) will determine which bearing you need. DC2, del sol, EK4 etc all use the same bearing.
