If you are going to upgrade to an RBC intake manifold - it means you will also be doing intake work (throttle body, CAI/SRI etc.) upgraded fuel rail, 50 degree VTC cam gear, and definitely, most definitely the most important part - a tune (plausibly, among other things as well, like upgraded camshafts, valvetrain, oil pump etc.) You will lose a chit load of torque down low if you get the RBC intake manifold with nothing else and no tune. No point in doing it at all unless you do the rest. As Fredoops (the OzHonda demi-god) once said - the RBC intake manifold is a wank of a mod without tuning.
I have just spoken with a trader here Extremer! on quotes for this kind of performance work and he is getting back to me as I write this. Benny at BYP Racing and developments also specialises in this work - so you might want to send him an email. I will get flamed here for that last sentence - but he has been nothing but helpful with me.
