Hi,
Just wondering where abouts in Melbourne are the best places to get an Engineering Cert..
Are there places that are lazy and just give it out on the spot ?
Dodgey places I should look out for ?
Cheers,
anthony

call up vicroads and they can fax/mail you a list of engineers.

it might take a few calls to find the right one as many of them specialise in different departments. eg one guy i called had no idea about my question as he specialised in bus seats hahaha

from memory there is one in richmond that does performance kinda stuff. maybe just ask vicroads or even a few mechanics?

I just don't wanna go, and have them say.. pod filters and this and that are illegal, I can't let you go with the car.. etc etc..

The one in richmond you are thinking of is Rowen carter Cartech automotive, he has engineed engine conversions for me before, and you will find that he is prob the best enginner i have found to go to. Though you will find that approved motor vehicle enginnners are not dodgy and no you just cant get it on the spot. There is also about a $300-$500 cost for enginnering also depending on wat you get done
