what are you guys talking about?

many koni yellows can be adjusted without taking off the sping or romoving and suspension part from the car.
Just hit up the koni website and find your model number and it has the exact method of adjusting.
I know for sure that some just entail twising the knob. Others require you to lengthen the shock, adjust, then push back down.

My friend has the version where u can adjust straight on the car

he's talking about adjusting the height, and not the rebound.

Unless you have coilovers, you have to move the spring perch. It can be done using spring compressors without taking the spring off. Just have to compress the spring enough to be able to move the perch

if your springs are lowerd + not captive ( IE , move aroudn whiel the car is jacked up) then yes , you can hold the springs up while you unclip the perch , and move down the clip to the lower setting.

OTherwise , you will have to take out teh shocks , place compressors on the springs to let them be pulled up to access.

Good luck mate

thanks guys, this is what i suspected.. just wanted to know if i could tackle this at home over the weekend or not.

the springs are lowered, i suspect i could do it with clamps while leaving the spring on the strut, and perhaps the strut on the car.

i believe my rears are on the lowest setting already but the fronts can still be dropped..

Agree and agree...
btw.
if your spring is captive u can remove it without a clamp... ive done this heaps of times.. jsut becarful and do it on a cushion.(ie removing my shock from spring ) . boinininin

if you spring is uncpative... its easy... but u should get new springs cause they suck or you perch is set too low for spring....u can do it with out removing shock
