Oil residue in a lot of places...

I've got a lot of oil in places that, as far as I know, shouldn't be there... I am assuming that I have a leak somewhere or maybe in a few places, but I am not sure where.

I hear it is a common problem but I could be incorrect. Any suggestions on how to stop the oil?

clean it up with degreaser and then check again in a week

you will then be able to find the leak a lot easier

in yellow with wire running to it - vtec solenoid

green - camseal

and 3rd not in pic - distributor O-ring

Also you could have a leaking head gasket but you might not notice it's leaking since the leaks higher up and dropping oil down to where the head joins the block.
