B16A2 or B18C2

So I'm doing a conversion for my civic 94 EG hatch but wanted to get some opinions before hand.

Which engine would be best to drop in?
I'v heard that there isn't much of a difference in power but I wanted to be 100% sure.
Let me know what you guys think!
