where does this go?

hey guys i got a jdm front dc2 and was wondering what this is. it looks like some sort of electrical plug and the bottom seems to be apart of the same loom thats connected to the fan of the car. currently its just hanging on the front of my car

thats the relay for ac and blinkers i think. just mount it somewhere inconspicuous.
