I've seen a HK magazine review the newer HKS silent HiPower exhausts and got good gains with suprisingly little DB increase.

I believe faijai is selling a genuine mugen exhaust.. look for it in Parts for Sale..
If not, there's the XFORCE twinloop available through TODA AU or egSi

The mugen like everyone said, or a Fujistsubo power getter (nice and deep, kinda throaty) or the RM01A (about the same loudness as stock), the power getter is slightly louder then the RM but man do these exhausts sound good!

For the money id choose a Fujibitso powergetter or the RM01A..

Z10 is selling them on CRSX for $1050 delivered. He's in Sydney.

He also has some buddyclub and mugen exhausts to.

All three (Mugen TL, Fujitsubo PG/RM-01A) are great exhausts.

Bear in mind though, that the Mugen TL comes as a axle-back and/or cat-back. The Fujitsubo's are both cat-backs.

Dont forget that when connecting the aftermarket Jap cat backs a jdm catalytic converter or aftermarket converter required to fit the exhaust.

Completely agree with you. "You get wat u pay for". You don't try, you don't understand this theory. If you try, you lose money. Go to geniune product. NO REGRET!!

i would definatly go for mugen twin loop
i own myself and sounds quiet as, and Vtec sounds excellent when it engages...
:) but, Each to their own:):):)

well if shes a DC4 on your hands you wont have to worry about the VTEC engagement, but i know what you are thinking mate as i am in your same position with my dc4 and choosing a nice sounding but not TOO loud exhaust.

Not all of us have the dough to just go to a brand name cat back as much as we would like to!! even if it is a lot better some of us simple folk just dont have that sort of mulah..

egsi is selling the twinloop xforce design(copy of mugen) for as cheap as ive seen it and hes a good bloke to deal with when u decide to do anything. Let me know how u go mate and pm me if u want a dc4 chat

hi guys,
is the xforce twinloop just as good? noticable power gains? I was quoted today from a garage for my gen5 Accord, $700 for the xforce twinloop and cat back system..... I think the xforce twinloop will cost about $300 or so....
i'm thinking of having this installed, but thought I'd ask around, and readup a little first

thanks,
Alan

I use this... from Vision.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v326/hondar/vision/catback/dc2cat2.jpg
Brand new Vision R-1 N1 cat-back system for Honda Integra DC2 & DC2R (1994-2000) with silencer included.

You get some change out of $1200. But this is nice a light & and welds are beautiful.

I don't even use the silencer. But if you are Vtec'ing alot in public, you might need it. But I like it......... Very much.

Thankx to Leo.

I got lots of gains, but i got Headers and high flow cat installed at the same time. By just installing a Twin Loop muffler i dont think you would get much gains. Get Headers aswell.
