REVIEW On 2007 AT ECU reflash

Hello everyone,

As you may know, Fred has recently reflashed my ecu for my 2007 Accord euro AT with IHE and Simon Chen's 2004 AT with intake and catback.

Before the reflash, the car drives like a boat in terms of mobility and acceleration as some of you may have suggested. Even with IHE, it is a struggle to keep up with certain cars at the lights. It feels heavy, not as nimble, not that responsive, feelss like there's a filter between accelerating process and throttle , commonly known as throttle lag.

After the reflash, it gives the car a whole new life! The change is instantaneous, with simply plug and play which no tune was required, the car feels more alive! More aggressive with WOT, gear change more smooth, low to mid range torque gain wins my heart. All thanks to the elimination of the throttle lag ! Simply by tapping the accelerator pedal and off you go!

This mod is truefully bang for the buck, you gain more satifaction from doing this mod then header or anythingelse!

This is a very good alternative as I see it

The smoothness in gear change, the elimination of gear hang really improves drivability and fuel consumption dropped to 9.1L/100k. Vs 11.7L/100k in my case. According to the estimation of trip com, I shall achieve 650-700 km full tank v power if I continue my current driving style and similar routes.

Its a world record in consumption drop ) Usually i see around 1L for AT and 0.7-0.8 for MT .

Yes but its not going anywhere anytime soon (this is canberra. no one wants to come from interstate to look at it - so just have to wait till someone here wants it, which will be a while, hence the reason I put it up for sale so early. Put it up for sale around december - and I've had one person look at it lol)

And I simply just want the choone. It's the final piece of my car that I never got around to doing.

Guys , any1 tried to beat a shit out of reflash ? i see just low end torque, fuel economy ... any copless roads there ?? penalties are so high ?? i wanna see something like - damn , im in da vtec 24\7 , my consumption is 16\100 , wheels are burnin , brakes are smellin and i like it !!
This brew been made for fun !! economy is just a secondary advantage. run vs stock on vid or so , i can cut a plate then if cops are watchin youtube ))

I think i'll wait a bit longer before i jump on this. Knowing how finiky the auto boxes are, the added torque from the tune will only wear the box harder.

ORLY ?? Bud, wanna have a wealthy tranny ?? Then dont drive your car , it wears the box much harder than added torque, keep it in garage lool !! And look here , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pr-YPMrkJE , dats my tranny im bitching with around 270hp for around 50k like you see on vid, every day i have dry road i do this. Every friday we have small drag. Still like new. These trannies are great and can easily hold 300+ hp. Only thing you cant do with tranny - overheat it. This will burn the oil and then tranny. You cant race AT on track, youll overheat it very fast without oil cooler, but 5-6 runs for fun is a piece of cake for it.
