Seems genuine, not sure what you mean by what kind of part it is. Need more info..
If the part number is different to the euro it's probably because it's jdm..

It would be oem but not for an Aussie spec euro..

So like Japanese oem.. Jdm...

Hence the different numbers. Would fit though
