to start with: do you really know what vtec is? i see so many posts with "what do i have to do to make a vtec do this" or "how can i get my engine to vtec all the time" and so forth......

anyway, apart from the obvious, vtec engines are in principle like any other internal combustion engine - pistons, rods etc.

so to run nitrous oxide on a vtec engine you would do to it what you would do to any other engine - strengthen it to start with if you want to maintain reliability. or dont if you dont mind your engine blowing up after a while.
also you would want some sort of ecu or piggy back at least to provide extra fuel so you dont lean out and melt stuff. although, you might be able to get away with not doing this if your only using a small shot. i could go on but you might as well search for nitrous application to engines in general as it works with vtec engines just like any other engine

dude unless its for track use only dont bother. something ridiculous like a $5k or $10k fine and your car towed on the spot too.

also off topic but what is the info u have for 'car' meant to mean? what kinda car is a シビッ (shibu) ? lol

Apart from the legal issue, then I fully recommended the use of NOS, its great tool for both street drag and track racing when installed and tuned correctly, it’s a good rush !!

You can be very smart with the install and hide the bottle very well plus the solenoids so not even a honda mechanic could spot it easily, make sure you ALWAYS use high quality Teflon braded lines tested to 192,000psi (break line pressure test) as you don’t want anything breaking, quality is the key.

Iv tuned hand fulls of D B H and K engines which are all vtec now using the bottle from anywhere from 50hp to 250hp shoot, the guys in QLD love NOS I recon every 10th street car up there has NOS !! Nick at APC sells soo many kits its not funny.

If you need any information call me and ill be happy to explain how best to setup and hide such a setup.

To answer you question thow , no you don’t need to modify your compression what so ever, most of the engines iv tuned are fully stock, only the built ones get larger shoots of NOS. You do need larger injectors (when using a dry kit) (something like 350’s) for smaller shorts and 440’s for larger shoots, and you most certainly need a ECU, that will control the activation, and release of the NOS, as well as providing correct fuel and ignition settings.
