So, quality noob question: How do I get recommendations for a mechanic that knows/loves early 90s civics here in Perth's southern suburbs?

I have a 92 civic hatch with a d16a8 engine (think that it was an Si, but no stickers) that was running fine and is now not so well. Want to get it back to running well, but without tuning it. Any guidance on how I find someone?

Are there are good Honda Mechanics NOR? I've got an 09 Civic and need a 50k km service done.

Just don't take it to the dealership for Honda in the North

50,000km service is just an oil change, and an oil filter (oil filter is only every 20,000km, but you're better to do it every oil change at 10,000km).
