Hey everyone!
I had a Holden Berlina as a second car while I'm busy restoring a VW Beetle but it was too thirsty. Went from 24l/100km to 6.5l/100km thanks to this March 1995 Civic VTi. Grabbed it for $4000 a few months ago but figured I should start to participate in some forums now!

Since the photo unfortunately driving along the M2, a car was coming in the opposite direction with another car on the trailer... the car towing started to jack-knife, trailer and car on it STARTED TO ROLL and a headlight came flying towards us. Hit the bonnet twice, then the wiper, then windscreen and bounced off. If it hadn't hit the bonnet and wiper and my passenger hadn't reacted so damn fast and put her hand on the glass to brace it, I think it would have come through :( So now there are 2 scrapes I need to have fixed.
Anyway, after buying the Civic I immediately replaced the gearbox with a rebuilt one, previous one had been absolutely smashed. Same with the clutch so replaced! Also raised the springs because the rear tyres had about 1 inch hidden beneath the guards and it rubbed like crazy over any bump in the road! (see here, this is how short the old springs were before I replaced!)

Recently had a blown bulb so replaced both sides with 8000K HIDs:

And the Beetle? Well when it's complete the Civic will remain my daily. Beetle will be weekend and show car.
