ICV valve probably blocked altogether... that + blocked petrol/fuel filter = ****

Really doubt it's a headgasket problem unless you've had the car overheat before.

Lick your spark plug, if you feel a sweet taste - its coolant. Blown gaskets are rare , very rare ...
