CL9 accord limp/dying

Lately with my bros CL9, its been getting the typical symptoms of running into limp mode, or running rough, and on one occasion has died whilst driving!

than restarting it the car would often erase the code

We believed it was the TPS/APP, and replaced it with a 07 model unit the last 3 months and the same problem as come again >_<

AFAIK this problem is mostly associated with the first gen CL9 2003 - 04, which is the model were working on.

what would cause the problem?

Check your ignition coil...

Get the code read when it happens again. Might be the cam angle sensor.

Remember with dbw is tree it's enough voltage in the system the throttle closes, choking the engine effectively
