Question: Civic or Celica?

Just out of curiousity.. a guy i know keeps hassling me about how fast his car is and he wants me to race him. He owns a 92 Celica (no performance mods).

I own a 93 EG civic VEI sedan (no performance mods). I know that VEI's aren't as quick as the usual Vtecs and are apparantly slower than GLi's so i won't race him. :(

Is there a possibility of the civic VEI beating the celica? Or the 92 celica will definitely thrash the civic? :o

Its a fuel economy VTEC version.

Its got no power at all just mainly to increase fuel economy.

VTEC - E = non performance
Vtec = Performance
