B16A Crank girdle

Does B16A have a crank girdle?

specifically jdm b16a coming from an ef8

Not to my knowledge.

And doesn't need it either due to rod/stroke ratio.

You will find that the B16B and B18C's have them. And that the B16A tends to feel a lot smoother even at a higher RPM than those other engines with the taller deck.
